AN ACT to amend Chapter 533 of the Private Acts of 1917; and any other acts amendatory thereto, relative to authorize and empower the McKenzie Special School District to issue up to $4,000,000 of school bonds and notes; to provide for the terms and payment of such bonds and notes; and to provide for the pledge, levy, and collection of taxes to pay debt service on said bonds and notes.
