Summary

As introduced, requires the commissioner of labor and workforce development to furnish a minor and the minor's parent or guardian with a written statement of the reasons for the commissioner's refusal to grant a special exemption to the Child Labor Act of 1976 when a demand for a written statement of the reasons of the refusal is made within seven days, instead of five, of the refusal for the special exemption. - Amends TCA Title 50.
