Summary

As introduced, extends the juvenile court's jurisdiction for a child who commits certain delinquent acts to the child's 25th birthday; permits the court to impose any sentence on the child during that time that could have been imposed if the child had been convicted as an adult. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1 and Section 40-35-303.
