Summary

As introduced, provides that 50 percent of the revenue from the sale of certain forfeited vehicles shall go to the state and the remainder to a local government when the state seizes the vehicle but the local government confiscates, tows, stores or conducts the sale of the vehicle. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 33 and Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4.
