Summary
As enacted, authorizes the commissioner to develop and implement activities, grants, and programs that foster the continued growth of tourism in this state; designates the department as the department responsible for the implementation and administration of all tourism marketing and promotion, tourism partner services, and tourism economic development projects; makes other related revisions. - Amends TCA Section 4-3-2206.
