Summary

As introduced, prohibits certain foreign-party-controlled businesses from acquiring an interest in public or private land in this state; prohibits certain foreign parties from acquiring agricultural land in this state; requires land acquired in violation of this act to divest such land within two years; creates a Class E felony for violations of the act. - Amends TCA Title 66, Chapter 2.
