Summary

As introduced, permits the transfer of a juvenile to criminal court for the offense of theft of a firearm from a motor vehicle if the child was 14 years of age or older but younger than 17 years of age; increases from a Class E felony to a Class D felony theft of a firearm worth less than $2,500. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 39 and Title 40.
