Summary
As introduced, deletes the current teacher evaluation criteria; creates the teacher evaluation advisory committee to develop and recommend to the state board of education, guidelines and criteria for the annual evaluation of all teachers and principals employed by LEAs; places a moratorium on the current principal and teacher evaluation laws. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 49.
