Summary

As introduced, prohibits any state, county, or municipal elected official, or in the case of a constitutionally elected peace officer, such officer's deputy, from acting as a professional bondsman, unless acting in such capacity on the effective date of this act. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 11, Part 3.
