Summary
As introduced, exempts from certain record keeping requirements any wholesale drug distributor licensed and regulated by the board of pharmacy and registered with and regulated by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration when storing Schedule V controlled substances containing any material, compound, mixture, or preparation containing any amount of gabapentin. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 53 and Title 63.
