Summary

As enacted, authorizes certain persons who were convicted of a non-violent crime after January 1, 1980, and who received a pardon from the governor and a positive vote from the board of parole, to file a petition for expunction of that person's public records involving the crime. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 32.
