Summary
As introduced, changes, from 10 days to 20 days, the time in which a party aggrieved by an action by the commissioner of revenue in issuing or refusing to issue a certificate of title, in discharging or refusing to discharge a lien, and in issuing or refusing to issue a replacement certificate of title applied must make a written request for a formal hearing under the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act. - Amends TCA Title 55.
