Summary
As enacted, prohibits juvenile courts from placing certain juveniles on judicial diversion; imposes certain other restrictions on juveniles adjudicated delinquent for certain acts. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 39, Chapter 13, Part 5 and Title 40, Chapter 39.
