Summary

As introduced, adds to and revises certain provisions related to the production, review, use, and disposition of a parent's mental health records pursuant to a mental health examination ordered by a court during a child custody determination; adds a parent's ability to instruct, inspire, and encourage the child to develop skills necessary to become a successful adult to the list of factors a court must consider when making a child custody determination. - Amends TCA Section 36-6-106.
