Summary

As introduced, creates the offense of intentionally requiring that another disclose whether the person has received a COVID-19 vaccination, with knowledge that the person objects to disclosing the information, as a condition of employment or in order to enter any building, facility, or property that is generally open to the public; provides an exception to the offense for a healthcare provider who is providing treatment to the person. - Amends TCA Title 29 and Title 39.
