Summary
As introduced, requires administrative office of the courts to publish on its Web site all state appellate court decisions searchable by appellate and trial judges' names; requires Web site to provide statistical information on number of cases filed and disposed of by each trial judge and number of cases appealed versus number of cases disposed of by each trial judge. - Amends TCA Title 16, Chapter 3.
