As introduced, enacts the "Personal Privacy Protection Act," which prohibits the release of certain personal information by a public agency, makes certain personal information confidential and not an open record, and creates a civil cause of action and criminal offense for violations. - Amends TCA Title 2; Title 3; Title 4; Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 10; Title 12; Title 39; Title 40 and Title 41.
