Summary

As introduced, limits the term of a contract a district attorney general may enter into to provide child support enforcement services, to no more than four years; requires the district attorney general to provide notice, by July 1, 2020, and every four years thereafter, of whether the district attorney general has contracted with another agency to provide such services. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 7; Title 36, Chapter 5 and Title 71, Chapter 3.
