Summary

As introduced, changes the release date of the state report card from November 1 to October 1; revises the provisions governing the performance goals and assessments by requiring the department of education to provide raw test score data and teacher effect data to LEAs no later than May 1 instead of "as soon as practicable after receipt of the data, but in no case later than June 30". - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1.
