Summary

As introduced, increases from 50,000 to 60,000 gallons, the amount of wine for which wineries and farm wine producers pay taxes during a calendar year at their licensed facilities that determines if their satellite facilities have to obtain wine from a licensed wholesaler. - Amends TCA Section 57-3-207.
