A BILL
TO AMEND SECTION 7-7-320, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF VOTING PRECINCTS IN HORRY COUNTY, SO AS TO DELETE SIX PRECINCTS, TO ADD SEVEN PRECINCTS, AND TO REDESIGNATE THE MAP NUMBER ON WHICH THE NAMES OF THESE PRECINCTS MAY BE FOUND AND MAINTAINED BY THE REVENUE AND FISCAL AFFAIRS OFFICE.
Amend Title To Conform
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
SECTION 1. Section 7-7-320 of the 1976 Code, as last amended by Act 133 of 2018, is further amended to read:
"Section 7-7-320. (A) In Horry County there are the following voting precincts:

(B) Precinct lines defining the precincts provided for in subsection (A) are as shown on maps filed with the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Horry County as provided and maintained by the Revenue and Fiscal Affairs Office designated as document P-51-17 P-51-22.
(C) Polling places for the precincts listed in subsection (A) must be determined by the Board of Voter Registration and Elections of Horry County with the approval of a majority of the Horry County Legislative Delegation."
SECTION 2. This act takes effect on July 1, 2022.
