Amend Chapter 7, Title 63 Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Child Protection And Permanency, By Adding Article 8, To Provide For Extended Foster Care For Persons Eighteen To Twenty-one Years Old, To Create The Extended Foster Care Program, To Provide For Voluntary Placement, To Provide For The Review Of Voluntary Placement After Age Eighteen, To Provide For Court-ordered Foster Care Placement After Age Eighteen, To Provide For Administrative Case Review, To Provide For Permanency Planning For Persons Eighteen To Twenty-one Years Old, To Provide For Judicial Review, To Provide For Administrative Appeals; To Amend Section 63-7-1700(h) Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Permanency Planning, To Make Conforming Changes; And To Define Necessary Terms.
