Enact The "south Carolina Covid-19 Liability Immunity Act" So As To Provide Liability Protections For A Limited Time Period For Health Care Providers And Businesses That Follow Public Health Guidance In Response To The Coronavirus Public Health Emergency; To Define Necessary Terms; To Provide Liability Protection For Certain Covered Entities And Covered Individuals For Coronavirus-related Claims; To Provide That Defenses Are Cumulative; And To Provide A Timeframe That This Liability Protection Is In Effect. - Ratified Title
