Summary

Repeal Act 233 Of 2018, Relating To The Provision That Workers' Compensation Commission Hearings Concerning Compensation Payable Must Be Held In The Districts In Which The Injuries Occurred Instead Of The Cities Or Counties In Which The Injuries Occurred, Provided That The Location Must Be No Greater Than Seventy-five Miles From The County Seat Of The County In Which The Injury Occurred, And To The Definition Of Necessary Terms.
