Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 7-13-200 So As To Provide That Counties, Municipalities, School Districts, Special Purpose Districts, Public Service Districts, Or Other Political Subdivisions Authorized By Law To Conduct Referenda, Ballot Measures, Or Other Election Events At Which A Person Is Not Elected To An Office Shall Conduct The Referenda, Ballot Measure, Or Other Election Event On The First Tuesday Following The First Monday In November In Each Even-numbered Year.
