Summary

Amend Section 50-21-870, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Personal Watercraft And Boating Safety, So As To Increase The Distance Between A Watercraft And Another Object Near Which A Watercraft May Not Be Operated In Excess Of Idle Speed In Certain Bodies Of Water And To Provide That A Watercraft May Not Be Operated In Excess Of Idle Speed Within Fifty Feet Of Certain Objects In All Other Waters Of This State.
