Amend Rule 4.6 Of The Rules Of The House Of Representatives, Relating To Requests By Members Of The House For Committees To Take Up Their Bills, So As To Add In Addition To The Written Request Of The Sponsor, At Least Fifty Percent Of The Committee Or Subcommittee, Or Twenty-five Percent Of The Members Of The House, Also Must Request The Committee Or Subcommittee Take Up The Bills, And To Delete The Provision Providing That These Requests May Be Made Only One Time Per Bill During A Legislative Session.
