Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-29-115 So As To Provide All Public High Schools Must Give Instruction In The Subject Of International Human Rights And Relations, To Provide A Public High School Student In This State May Not Be Awarded A Certificate Of Graduation Without Previously Passing A Course That Includes Instruction In International Human Rights And Relations, To Impose Related Curriculum Development Requirements On The State Board Of Education, And To Make These Provisions Applicable To Students Who Begin Ninth Grade After July 1, 2025.
