Summary
Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 23-3-462 So As To Provide The Procedure To Allow Certain Registered Juvenile Sex Offenders' Names To Be Removed From The Sex Offender Registry, And To Provide A Procedure To Allow Certain Juveniles Who Have Been Adjudicated Delinquent By The Family Court For Committing Certain Offenses To Be Placed On The Sex Offender Registry.
