A BILL TO PROVIDE THAT THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION SHALL REQUIRE COUNTYWIDE TOLL-FREE CALLING TO BE PROVIDED BY ALL TELEPHONE UTILITIES OPERATING WITHIN YORK COUNTY BY JULY 1, 2009, AND PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
