Summary
LABOR AND LABOR RELATIONS -- WORKERS' COMPENSATION -- GENERAL PROVISIONS - Allows employee injured by willful misconduct of employer to receive double the remedy for their injuries. If an employer does not have workers' comp insurance, and is not classified as an exempt employer, the employee may file actions under this title.
