STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT -- ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY PROGRAM - Allows a licensed health care provider, who is assaulted in the workplace, to use the address of the department of health as the person's substitute address for all purposes, including on the police report.
