Summary
An Act Relating To Towns And Cities -- State Aid: would provide that if during any fiscal year the state reimbursement to cities/towns/school districts is insufficient to cover the costs of state mandates, those affected, may cease implementation of state mandates up to 50% of the reimbursement shortfall
