AN ACT

Amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated

Statutes, authorizing waterways conservation officers to

enforce trespass laws.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

5

hereby enacts as follows:

6

Section 1.  Section 901(a) of Title 30 of the Pennsylvania

7

Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a paragraph to read:

8

§ 901.  Powers and duties of waterways conservation officers and

9

deputies.

(a)  Waterways conservation officers.--Every waterways

11

conservation officer shall have the power and duty to:

12

(17)  Enforce all laws of this Commonwealth relating to

trespass.

Section 2.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
