An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in falsification and intimidation, providing for the offenses of failure to comply with animal abuse registration requirements and of illegal use of animal abuse registry information; in sentencing, providing for animal abuse registry; and establishing the Animal Abuse Registry Fund.
