  On page 31 of the printed bill, after line 35, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 35. + }  { + Section 36 of this 2010 Act is
added to and made a part of ORS chapter 314. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 36. + }  { + Public Law 111-126 applies for the
purposes of computing federal taxable income for Oregon tax
purposes under ORS chapter 316, 317 or 318. + } ' .
  In line 36, delete '35' and insert '37'.
