                             SUMMARY

The following summary is not prepared by the sponsors of the
measure and is not a part of the body thereof subject to

brief statement of the essential features of the measure.

  Directs Oregon Transportation Commission to submit report to
 { +  interim + } legislative committees related to
transportation on reallocation of funds from Oregon Jobs and
Transportation Act (2009).

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to the reallocation of transportation funding.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + No later than November 1 of each year, the
Oregon Transportation Commission shall submit a report to the
interim legislative committees related to transportation. The
report must include the following components:
  (1) The amount of funding available for reallocation as a
result of the transportation projects described in section 64,
chapter 865, Oregon Laws 2009, being completed with less funding
than the originally allocated amounts.
  (2) A list of transportation projects, ranked in priority by
the commission and drawn from the list of projects described in
section 64, chapter 865, Oregon Laws 2009, that are in need of
additional funding in order to be completed. + }
