Summary

Allows gun dealer or person transferring firearm, ammunition or firearm component at gun show to establish minimum age for purchase of firearms, ammunition or firearm components, provided that minimum age is at least 21 years. Raises minimum age at which person may purchase firearm to 21 years of age. Creates exemption from antidiscrimination statute for enforcement of laws governing purchase of firearms by persons under 21 years of age and enforcement of polices that impose age-based restrictions on purchase of firearms, ammunition or firearm components in place of public accommodation.
