Summary
Requires public body employer to establish and implement process by which employees may request employer to use unique identifier in lieu of employee's name in records contained by employer for purposes of public records requests. Requires public body employer to establish and implement process by which employees may request employer to use unique identifier in lieu of employee's name in records contained by employer for purposes of public records requests. Exempts from public disclosure names, together with home address and telephone number, of public employees and members of labor organization whenever employee has been assigned unique identifier.
