Summary

Increases fees related to tourist facilities, public spas, pools and bathhouses, bed and breakfasts, restaurants and vending machines and for plan review for restaurant construction or remodeling. Authorizes Oregon Health Authority to adopt rules making tourist facility license fee increase applicable for licensing periods beginning on or after July 1, 2019. Makes license fee increases for public spas, pools and bathhouses, bed and breakfasts, restaurants and vending machines applicable for licensing periods beginning on or after July 1, 2019. Makes other fee increases operative July 1, 2019. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
