Summary

Removes restriction on maximum number of hours that certain employers may require or permit employees to work in single workweek. Removes provisions relating to undue hardship period exemption from restrictions on maximum workweek hours. Removes substantive language from definition of "workweek." Removes provisions related to imposition of civil penalties against employers for violation of restrictions on maximum workweek hours.
