Summary
Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to declare constitutional right to hunt, fish or otherwise harvest wildlife, subject to certain legal restrictions. Requires that hunting, fishing or other harvesting of wildlife by public be preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife. Refers proposed amendment to people for their approval or rejection at next regular general election.
