Summary

Directs Department of Education to conduct study to determine impact, cost and feasibility of implementing Salem-Keizer Threat Assessment System in school districts, to conduct study to identify costs and possible funding sources to improve school safety and to conduct study to identify sources of funding to pay for costs of establishing secure, single point of entry for each public school.
