Summary

Provides that small forestland owner or owner's estate, heirs or devisees, that planted trees under reforestation requirements may harvest trees. Provides that small forestland owner or owner's estate, heirs or devisees, that planted trees under reforestation requirements may harvest trees. Specifies that reforestation requirements apply after trees have been harvested. Allows State Board of Forestry to adopt rules to implement section.
