A BILL
To enact section 5533.688 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of State Route 800 in Harrison 2
County as the "Trooper George Conn Memorial 3
Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 5533.688 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.688.  That portion of the road known as state route 7
number eight hundred, commencing at the northeast border of the 8
municipal corporation of Freeport in Harrison county and extending 9
in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that road and 10
state route number seven hundred ninety-nine, shall be known as 11
the "Trooper George Conn Memorial Highway."12

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 13
along the highway indicating its name.14
