BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.688 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.688. That portion of the road known as state route | 7 |
number eight hundred, commencing at the northeast border of the | 8 |
municipal corporation of Freeport in Harrison county and extending | 9 |
in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that road and | 10 |
state route number seven hundred ninety-nine, shall be known as | 11 |
the "Trooper George Conn Memorial Highway." | 12 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 14 |
