A BILL
To enact section 5533.861 of the Revised Code to 1
designate State Route 78 in Monroe, Noble, Morgan, 2
and Athens Counties as the "78th Ohio Veteran 3
Volunteer Infantry Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.861 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.861. The road known as state route seventy-eight, 7
in Monroe, Noble, Morgan, and Athens counties only, shall be known 8
as the "78th Ohio Veteran Volunteer Infantry Highway."9

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 10
along the highway indicating its name. 11
