BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.861 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.861. The road known as state route seventy-eight, | 7 |
in Athens county only, shall be known as the "78th Ohio Veteran | 8 |
Volunteer Infantry Highway." | 9 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 10 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 11 |
