BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.321 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.321. In addition to the respective designations in | 7 |
sections 5533.09 and 5533.32 of the Revised Code and any other | 8 |
name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of | 9 |
the highway known as interstate route number seventy-one, | 10 |
commencing at mile marker one hundred ninety-five and proceeding | 11 |
in a northerly direction to mile marker two hundred two within | 12 |
Wayne county only, shall be known as the "First Lieutenant John M. | 13 |
Runkle, Jr. Memorial Highway." | 14 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 15 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 16 |
