BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Bill Title: To create the "Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation" license plate, to designate a portion of Interstate Route 670 as the "Dana G. 'Buck' Rinehart Highway," and to designate a portion of State Route 13 in Knox County as the "William Burgett Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That section 5533.261 of the Revised Code be | 4 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 5 |
| Sec. 5533.261. That portion of the road known as interstate | 6 |
| route six hundred seventy, running in an easterly and westerly | 7 |
| direction, through the municipal corporation of Columbus in | 8 |
| Franklin county, between fourth street and interstate route | 9 |
| seventy, shall be known as the "Dana G. 'Buck' Rinehart Highway." | 10 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 11 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 12 |
